Smiley 360 Review

Smiley 360: Not What I Originally Thought…

 

…In a sort of good way. Smiley 360 was very difficult for me to navigate, at first. It was unclear to me exactly where I had to go and what I had to do to participate. After some sleuthing across the website, I discovered that I really did have active missions to participate in! I just had to learn how to accept them. so far I will be reviewing oxy clean dish washer detergant and mrs meyers kitchen cleaner  so far not impressed.

When you get to the website you are asked to sign up. My sign up process was ridiculously bugged out and it took me a few times through the form to actually get in. They were running a product giveaway at the time though, which might explain some of the difficulties. Still, I was not expecting it and it was a little off putting. The website itself required a little bit of navigation before I was familiar with it. When you reach the main profile page under My Smiley360, you will see a bunch of boxes. One box is for your profile information, the next one is for missions and news, and another is for Smiley360 Connect.

Smiley360 Connect was the part that I never really learned about. You earn these “smiles” for every product you review,and you can follow and search by brand. They have a lot of different products and each review earns you one smile. More smiles equals more missions, so these are a good thing.

The What’s Happening box highlights the missions and news taking place on the website. You can see news on Twitter parties, new available missions, and other important activities on the website.

Accepting a mission has got to be the most vague process that I can see. It was unclear, after participating in the survey, to find where I had to go to accept the mission. You receive an email with a link to take the survey and after completing it you should receive an email telling you if you were accepted into the mission. Okay, no problem. However, I found that I didn’t receive an email, but rather had a small blurb of instructions to another portion of the website and I had to literally click on a separate link on another box under My Smiley360 to accept the mission. Sounds a little awkward, right? Odd, the process isn’t listed on any of the FAQ’s sections.

After a few hiccups, I managed to successfully navigate my way around the website and sign up for my first mission. When it comes to Smiley360 I wish you lots of luck and patience as you sign up and accept your own missions, and remember,  you can also write your own review of their services under the Smiley360 Connect page.
